Please note that many Marina Reid pieces are handmade in small batches. As a result, processing times may occasionally extend slightly beyond the standard window during high-demand periods or when a piece requires additional finishing. We take great pride in ensuring every item leaves our hands in perfect condition โ€” this care is worth the extra time, and we appreciate your patience.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days (Mondayโ€“Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is placed, we will verify your details and prepare your dispatch. Because every Marina Reid piece is handmade, we take extra care in packaging to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and beautifully presented.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us through our website within 12 hours of placing your order. Include your order number in your message.

2. Where We Ship From

We partner with trusted global logistics teams to ship orders directly from the nearest available warehouse. This helps reduce transit time and cost while ensuring your piece arrives in perfect condition.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

All orders include tracking. Tracking updates may take 2โ€“5 business days to appear after dispatch.

As our jewelry is handmade and prepared with care before dispatch, please allow for the full estimated window before reaching out about your order. Handmade production and quality checks occur prior to shipping, so your tracking may take a few additional days to activate compared to mass-produced goods.

Estimated delivery times:
- Australia: 7โ€“15 business days
- New Zealand: 8โ€“16 business days
- USA & Canada: 8โ€“18 business days
- UK & EU: 8โ€“18 business days
- Asia (selected regions): 7โ€“15 business days
- Rest of World: 10โ€“25 business days

Delivery estimates exclude customs delays, security checks, or peak periods (Novemberโ€“January). Rural or remote areas may take longer.

4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

We offer worldwide tracked shipping at a flat rate. Orders over a certain threshold ship free of charge. Shipping fees are displayed and calculated at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking link once your parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking activity may appear within 2โ€“5 business days after you receive your tracking number. If your tracking has not updated after 7 business days, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.

6. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number. This ensures faster delivery at no additional cost to you.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We are unable to mark parcels as gifts or understate values for customs purposes.

8. Delivery Issues (Late, Lost, or Marked Delivered)

Late Delivery: If your order exceeds the maximum estimated timeframe by 7 or more business days, please contact us to open a carrier investigation.

Lost Parcels: Once a carrier confirms a parcel is lost, we will reship or refund in accordance with our policy.

Marked Delivered but Not Received: First check with neighbors, household members, or building management. Then verify at your local post office or collection point and contact your local carrier. If still unresolved within 5 business days, reach out to us immediately โ€” delivery claims must be filed promptly.

9. Incorrect or Insufficient Address

If an address is entered incorrectly and a parcel is returned or disposed of by the carrier, reshipping fees may apply. Please double-check your details carefully at checkout.

10. Handmade & Limited Stock Items

Many Marina Reid pieces are handmade in limited quantities. Products marked as made-to-order may have additional lead times listed on the product page. Your order will ship once it is ready and has passed our quality check.

11. Public Holidays & Peak Seasons

Processing and delivery may take longer during public holidays or sale periods. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if any delays occur.
