We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it โ€” unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

To start a return, please contact us through our website contact form. Kindly note that all returns must be requested and approved before being sent back.

If your return is approved, we'll guide you through the return process and provide clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

For international orders, return shipping costs are kindly covered by the customer, unless the item is found to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect. This helps us continue offering fair pricing and worldwide shipping to our customers.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Because every Marina Reid piece is handmade, minor natural variations in texture, enamel pattern, or finish are not considered defects โ€” they are part of what makes your piece one of a kind.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. Custom or personalized jewelry orders are final sale. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings. Items purchased with a discount code or during a promotional sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received โ€” unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us through our website.
